my room faced the front, and the noise levels were high early in the morning. also, i found very few choices were replenished, and the english breakfast was just okay. i think the staff could have been friendlier.

The staff were all great. They were very friendly and helpful. Free parking was also great with a narrow entrance.
The bathroom window could not close, it was freezing. I missed the breakfast. The cut off time on Sunday is too early. There was no alternative offered like room service. The main reason for choosing that room was the bath since I don't have one, but there was no plug.
